This 100% Arabica blend is from India. Malabar is grown in the state of Kerala in Southern India.
Indian coffee is mainly known for its very specific preparation process called monsooning.
After the harvest, coffee is first exposed to the monsoon rain for five days to moisten it, and then to the monsoon winds for seven weeks so it dries out.
This method provides an inimitable taste with an easy to digest coffee, without acidity but with a strong body and spicy notes.
