How do I use the 2 cup Turkish coffee maker?

Pour 2 cups of water into the Ilsa coffee maker
Add 2 heaped teaspoons of ground coffee (very finely ground)
Add 2 teaspoons of caster sugar
Put the Cezve on the heat
Stir gently
A froth will form
As soon as the coffee boils, remove the coffee maker from the heat, pour the foam into the cups and put the coffee maker back on the heat until you have cream again.
Repeat the operation until the cups are full (this will avoid having too much ground coffee in the cup).
Leave the coffee to rest for about 1 minute and enjoy :)


At the beginning of the preparation, you can also add spices, cardamom or orange blossom flower in addition to the sugar.
