What is a Turkish Coffee Pot
The Turkish coffee maker, also known as the Cezve, is used to make Turkish coffee (also known as oriental coffee). It is one of the oldest methods of making coffee.
Unlike most other methods, which are based on the principle of infusion, the Turkish coffee maker uses the decoction method. Very finely ground coffee (like flour) is dissolved in boiling water with sugar (and spices, depending on the recipe).

How do I use the 2 cup Turkish coffee maker?
If you use an induction hob, you can use this adapter for induction hobs.
At the beginning of the preparation, you can also add spices, cardamom or orange blossom flower in addition to the sugar.
Leave the coffee to rest for about 1 minute and enjoy :)
Repeat the operation until the cups are full (this will avoid having too much ground coffee in the cup).
As soon as the coffee boils, remove the coffee maker from the heat, pour the foam into the cups and put the coffee maker back on the heat until you have cream again.

The type of roast will affect the balance of flavours (bitterness, acidity, sweetness, etc.) and reveal the aromas of the terroir to a greater or lesser extent.
The more the coffee is roasted the more its colour will change (from light to dark). The darker the roast, the more the aromatic notes are lost in favour of the roasting notes.
All our coffees have been placed in a colorimeter by our experts in order to compare the roast intensity.
The aromatic groups describe the tasting notes of your cup (hazelnut, chocolate, peach, white flowers, etc.).
If you don't know what your coffee profile is yet, we advise you to start with the most appreciated aromatic groups: rich & sweet or woody.
Please Note: this is not a flavoured coffee but aromatic notes noticed upon tasting.
The dominant aromatic group represents the most perceptible notes and the secondary group, the more subtle notes present in the cup.
