You’ll also find moringa in this latte, a plant native to India and Sri Lanka, celebrated for its natural richness in protein, calcium, iron, magnesium, and potassium. Preparation Advice: Use 1 teaspoon for a 200 ml drink. Mix with hot milk for a comforting moment of bliss, or enjoy it iced by blending with 40 ml of cold water, 150 ml of cold milk, and a handful of ice cubes.
