These Hermanos de Goppion Caffe coffee beans are the very embodiment of a flavourful espresso. And with good reason! They are produced from beans that are 50% Brazilian Arabica (Cerrado) and 50% Indian Robusta (Robusta Cherry AA). In the cup, enjoy a strong and persistent coffee that is both velvety and aromatic with hints of spice.

Classic Coffee : There is generally a lack of information about the traceability of these coffees. They are often mass-market products and are easily accessible. The composition of these coffees can vary from 100% Arabica to over 20% Robusta.

This coffee, named “Hermanos”, meaning “brothers”, beautifully reflects the harmony and connection that can exist between two individuals. Here, it symbolises two coffee varieties that become one during the tasting experience of Hermanos coffee beans.
Made from 50% Brazilian Arabica from the Cerrado region and 50% Robusta (AA Cherry), this coffee delivers a truly distinctive experience. You’ll find all the richness of Arabica — its aroma and fragrance — enhanced by the strength, character and spicy notes of Indian Robusta. Both coffees are grown at altitudes between 900 and 1200 metres, using a natural process and patio-dried.
Tasting Notes: Chocolate, roasted hazelnuts, tobacco, spices
Perfect as an Espresso, ideally enjoyed alongside a fruit tart.
Tasting Experience*: An intense aroma, bold and rich, with deep cocoa notes. A full-bodied flavour with no acidity, finishing on a long-lasting aftertaste of bitter cocoa, dark chocolate bar and intense spices.
* Extraction conditions: 14 g of coffee for two cups, extraction temperature 91°C, extraction time 27 seconds, 25 cl of coffee extracted.
All Goppion coffees are artisanally roasted in Italy in a modernised roasting workshop that preserves the spirit of a family-run business from years gone by. The roasting method remains traditional, favouring a slow roast rather than an industrial process. Each variety of bean is roasted separately to ensure exceptional final quality, carefully approved through tasting before being released for sale.
