For a rich and bold coffee, it's all in the method: the water is heated slowly. This gradual heating, combined with the very finely ground coffee, creates a unique dance inside the coffee maker. The result? An intense extraction that produces a cup bursting with flavour.
Preparation: add water, finely ground coffee and sugar, heat gently until foam forms, and repeat this process for a rich and frothy result.
