Galup is celebrating one of the Christmas delicacies: the Pandoro. Different from panettone and other Christmas treats in shape and composition, the pandoro is an Italian Christmas cake, named after the town of Verona. Its distinctive shape evokes both the Christmas tree and the star that hangs from the top.
To enjoy it at its best, put the icing sugar in the pandoro bag and shake gently to spread the icing sugar evenly over the surface of the cake. Then you're ready to enjoy!
