Delightful Galup Panettone with Pear and Chocolate
Store this panettone in a cool, dry place between 18-20°C, away from sunlight and heat sources to preserve its freshness. Crafted with premium ingredients, it features 14% candied pear cubes, rich butter, free-range egg yolks, and 8% chocolate chips made with soya lecithin. The icing, covering 12% of the cake, includes sugar, albumen from free-range eggs, 9% Tonda Gentile Trilobata hazelnuts, and a delicate blend of rice flour and starch, topped with granulated sugar and whole almonds. This carefully balanced recipe ensures a delightful combination of fruity sweetness and chocolate indulgence in every bite.
The type of roast will affect the balance of flavours (bitterness, acidity, sweetness, etc.) and reveal the aromas of the terroir to a greater or lesser extent.
The more the coffee is roasted the more its colour will change (from light to dark). The darker the roast, the more the aromatic notes are lost in favour of the roasting notes.
