A Gourmet Delight in Every Bite
Store this exquisite Galup Panettone in a cool, dry environment between 18-20°C, away from direct sunlight and heat sources to preserve its freshness. Crafted with premium ingredients including wheat flour, 20% caramel white chocolate, rich butter, free-range egg yolks, and natural yeast, it offers a delicate balance of traditional flavour and indulgence. The icing, made with fresh egg whites, Tonda Gentile Trilobata hazelnuts, and topped with almonds and caster sugar, adds a delightful crunch and aroma. Please note it may contain traces of other nuts and mustard, with ingredients sourced from both EU and non-EU origins.
The type of roast will affect the balance of flavours (bitterness, acidity, sweetness, etc.) and reveal the aromas of the terroir to a greater or lesser extent.
The more the coffee is roasted the more its colour will change (from light to dark). The darker the roast, the more the aromatic notes are lost in favour of the roasting notes.
