The old Gran Galup Panettone recipe takes on new, deeper nuances, without losing the authentic simplicity that has always distinguished it. High-quality white chocolate and caramel chips delicately sprinkle the mild dough, giving each slice the surprise of a more intense flavour.

Ingredients of the icing 12%: Sugar - Fresh category A egg whites from free-range hens - Tonda Gentile Trilobata hazelnuts 9% - Rice flour - Rice starch - Ipulpable sugar (sugar - wheat starch) - Sunflower seed oil - natural flavourings. Topped with 5% caster sugar and 3% whole almonds.
