The Neo Flex is a compact and affordable manual espresso machine.

Its polycarbonate frame is durable and light.

The great thing about the Neo Flex is the choice of two portafilters, so you can make a good espresso no matter what your skill level.

- Flow Control Portafilter: this red portafilter has a restricted outlet port. This pressurised system creates the pressure needed to extract an espresso. It's ideal for beginners if you have an entry-level coffee grinder or if you use pre-ground coffee.

- Bottomless 2-in-1 portafilter: this black portafilter is perfect for more experienced users. It requires a specialised espresso grinder, but will allow amateur baristas to control the variables for each dose. With this portafilter, you'll need to test different grind sizes until you get the right pressure. If the grind is too fine, you won't be able to lower the lever. If the grind is too coarse, the lever will lower without any resistance and you'll get bilge! This portafilter has a removable spout so you can extract your espresso bottomless.

- New Features from 2024: Integrated Pressure Gauge: Every NEO Flex comes with a standard customised pressure gauge. Use the gauge to keep track of the force you're applying to the lever and whether you're brewing in the Espresso Zone.

- No Preheating Required! The NEO Flex brewing cylinder has been redesigned to remove 100 grams of stainless steel. This reduction in thermal mass means that no preheating is required before brewing. Just add your boiled water and lower the lever. This is a huge workflow improvement!

For your safety, every NEO Flex espresso machine comes with a decompression valve located under the plunger.

This valve has been incorporated to prevent damage to the NEO Flex plunger and unwanted strain on the frame.

The Neo Flex is easy to assemble and disassemble for easy maintenance. All parts can be cleaned with hot water, no need for soap or detergent.

The water tank holds 60ml of hot water, for a final cup result of around 45ml.

To make a good espresso, the ideal dose of ground coffee is between 12 and 18g for the Neo Flex.

Included with Your Neo Flex Relaunch: the base and the lever to assemble, the Flow Control portafilter, the Bottomless 2-in-1 portafilter, the hot water cylinder with plunger, a measuring cup that doubles as a tamping cup, a funnel to put the ground coffee neatly into the portafilter, and a lid to preheat the cylinder.
