To further minimise this bitterness, the innovative design allows you to insert a disposable paper filter between the two mesh filters. Brewing Your Coffee With the Espro P7
To make coffee with an Espro cafetiere, you only need two things: hot water and coffee. You'll need 1 teaspoon of coffee and 90 ml of hot, not boiling, water per cup. The herbal tea takes 4 minutes to brew, after which you can slowly and evenly press the plunger all the way down before serving. Or not. After all, your coffee maker is thermo-insulated.

The type of roast will affect the balance of flavours (bitterness, acidity, sweetness, etc.) and reveal the aromas of the terroir to a greater or lesser extent.
