The dark chocolate range includes varieties from 88% to 70% cocoa with Guérande salt, alongside distinctive blends such as dark chocolate with salted almonds, red berries and linseed, nougatine, orange, ginger, lavender, and Earl Grey tea. The milk chocolate selection boasts flavours like caramel, coffee, cocoa nibs with Guérande salt, nougatine, dulce de leche, and puffed rice, delivering a rich and diverse tasting experience.

Dolfin chocolates are meticulously crafted using high-quality ingredients such as cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, and milk powder, enriched with unique additions like nougatine, cocoa nibs, salted almonds, caramel, red berries, Earl Grey tea, dulce de leche, crunchy cereals, linseed, coffee, and natural flavourings. This careful selection results in a diverse and rich flavour experience, with cocoa content varying from 37% to 88%. Please be aware that these chocolates may contain traces of nuts, eggs, and sesame, guaranteeing a refined and indulgent treat with every bite.

The type of roast will affect the balance of flavours (bitterness, acidity, sweetness, etc.) and reveal the aromas of the terroir to a greater or lesser extent.
The more the coffee is roasted the more its colour will change (from light to dark). The darker the roast, the more the aromatic notes are lost in favour of the roasting notes.
All our coffees have been placed in a colorimeter by our experts in order to compare the roast intensity.
The aromatic groups describe the tasting notes of your cup (hazelnut, chocolate, peach, white flowers, etc.).
If you don't know what your coffee profile is yet, we advise you to start with the most appreciated aromatic groups: rich & sweet or woody.
Please Note: this is not a flavoured coffee but aromatic notes noticed upon tasting.
