More finesse in the commander's settings, I refine the grinding as I wish. On the other hand, I find that the mill has more and more play, a little "wobbly". Really sad considering the price.

I use the Red Axle for finer adjustments for espressos. The results are convincing, and the Commandante achieves better results than a good electric grinder, in my opinion (but at the cost of some physical effort).

I only give it 3 stars because although this option seems essential to me to have the best possible grind for different coffees, I find it too expensive. These parts should be the basic components of the Commandante given the price of the mill. Especially since, as a result, the original components...read more that are replaced then have no further use and will end up at the bottom of a drawer.

Perfect for fine-tuning the grind of my espresso! Easy, but a little stressful to install; if you screw it in crooked, you'll warp the thread, making it unusable...
