Since the 1950s, Moka coffee—resembling espresso—has become a beloved Italian classic. This 30 cl Bialetti Moka Express brews six perfect cups, each around 5 cl. Brewing is straightforward: fill the aluminium water chamber to the indicated level, place the aluminium filter basket and add ground coffee (be sure to select a grind suited for Italian coffee makers). Secure the top section tightly, set your burner to medium heat, and allow the coffee to percolate. Once the water has fully risen to the upper chamber, remove the pot from the heat. The ergonomically designed handle ensures a comfortable grip without risk of burns, making your coffee ritual both simple and safe.

The type of roast will affect the balance of flavours (bitterness, acidity, sweetness, etc.) and reveal the aromas of the terroir to a greater or lesser extent.
The more the coffee is roasted the more its colour will change (from light to dark). The darker the roast, the more the aromatic notes are lost in favour of the roasting notes.

The aromatic groups describe the tasting notes of your cup (hazelnut, chocolate, peach, white flowers, etc.).
