This 100% Arabica blend combines coffees from Brazil and Indonesia, processed naturally. Its dark roast reveals a generous aromatic palette: dark chocolate adds depth, roasted hazelnuts highlight its indulgence, and mild spices pleasantly prolong the tasting experience.

Gooseberry frappe: a fruity coffee recipe to share with two
Red Currant Frappe
Ingredients
For 2 glasses
• 50 g red currant jam (25 g per glass)
• 2 double espressos of Winter Blend 2026
• 150 g almond milk (75 g per glass)
• Ice cubes
• Dark chocolate shavings
Preparation
1. Prepare two double espressos with Winter Blend 2026 Lugat coffee beans.
2. Mix the 50 g of red currant jam with the espressos to fully dissolve it.
3. Pour the mixture into a sufficiently large shaker, then add the 150 g of almond milk and the ice cubes.
4. Close the shaker and shake vigorously until the drink is well chilled and homogeneous.
5. Divide into two glasses and garnish each drink with dark chocolate shavings.

Lugat
The type of roast will affect the balance of flavours (bitterness, acidity, sweetness, etc.) and reveal the aromas of the terroir to a greater or lesser extent.
The more the coffee is roasted the more its colour will change (from light to dark). The darker the roast, the more the aromatic notes are lost in favour of the roasting notes.
All our coffees have been placed in a colorimeter by our experts in order to compare the roast intensity.
The aromatic groups describe the tasting notes of your cup (hazelnut, chocolate, peach, white flowers, etc.).
If you don't know what your coffee profile is yet, we advise you to start with the most appreciated aromatic groups: rich & sweet or woody.
Please Note: this is not a flavoured coffee but aromatic notes noticed upon tasting.
The dominant aromatic group represents the most perceptible notes and the secondary group, the more subtle notes present in the cup.
