On the finish, a sweet floral and fruity flavour reminiscent of blackcurrant jam perfectly balances the whole.
Its medium+ roast, carefully positioned between medium and dark, reveals a remarkable roundness and all the natural sweetness of the bean, for a cup that is intense, harmonious and consistent.

Las Planadas coffee comes from the heights of the Sierra Nevada, in the province of Magdalena in South America. Here, committed producers work hand in hand to produce an exceptional organic coffee, in perfect harmony with nature.
Nestled at an altitude of 1,700 metres, the plantations benefit from a privileged microclimate, combining sandy soils with an average temperature of 27°C throughout the year. The manual harvest, carried out between November and January, means that only ripe cherries are selected, which are immediately processed using a rigorous washed process.
After a controlled fermentation of 13 to 15 hours, the beans - from the Castillo and Colombia varieties - are then dried naturally in the sun for 15 to 20 days, spread out on African beds. This meticulous process preserves all the aromatic richness and intrinsic quality of this local coffee.
