This ground coffee for moka pots, Intenso Blend, is a blend of Arabica and Robusta specially assembled and roasted by the roasting team at Lugat Coffee to produce a quality coffee with spicy notes. This blend is made up of Arabica from Brazil and Nicaragua and Robusta from Uganda. Medium+ roast specially designed to make good coffee with your moka pot. Packaging: 250g. Medium+ roast is an intermediate between dark roast and medium roast at Cafés Lugat. A dark roast allows for more roundness and consistency, at the expense of the terroir, which becomes more subdued. A medium roast, on the other hand, offers a livelier cup, a pronounced terroir and a slightly tangy freshness.
The aim of this roast is therefore to reveal all the sweetness of the coffee beans and to find a nice balance in the cup. Recommended for espresso, you can enjoy an aromatic coffee that is accessible to everyone.
