His farm, Fazenda Rio Brilhante, is renowned for its exceptional coffees, such as its famous ‘frutado’ coffee, which captivates with its complex aromas and rich flavour.

Fazenda Rio Brilhante, covering 2,600 hectares, is a benchmark for quality and traceability. Each cherry is meticulously sorted, then sun-dried before being placed in mechanical dryers. This rigorous process guarantees a premium coffee of impeccable quality, which is exported all over the world.

Committed to sustainable agriculture, the farm innovates by using lacewing eggs, natural predators that protect crops from pests. This ecological approach reduces the use of chemicals while preserving the integrity of the environment and maintaining high-quality production.
