LUGAT Black Forest coffee beans:

This coffee offers a slightly acidic attack with notes of red plum. It is characterised by a strong body that highlights notes of roasted hazelnut. Expect an intense and smooth cup with a chocolate finish! Lionel and his team of roasters offer you a 100% Arabica blend composed of natural coffee from Brazil. The Brazilian coffee gives this blend a pronounced sweetness.

The medium+ roast is between Lugat's dark roast and medium roast. A dark roast develops more roundness and consistency, at the expense of the terroir, which becomes more subtle. A medium roast, on the other hand, offers a livelier cup, a pronounced terroir and a slightly acidic freshness.

The aim of this roast is therefore to bring out all the sweetness of the coffee and achieve a beautiful balance in the cup. Recommended for espresso, you can enjoy an aromatic coffee that is accessible to all.

The medium+ roast is a gateway to the world of speciality coffee for espresso lovers who want to discover a terroir.
