This coffee is produced at the Clave de Sol farm located in the Cordillera de Montecillos in Honduras at an altitude of 1300 metres by a passionate producer who believes in organic production and defends the quality of her work.
Miriam Elizabeth Pérez, the producer, likes to be called Betty. She is one of the most influential people at the COMSA cooperative and in the municipality of Marcala. The farm works in partnership with Cafés Organicos Marcala, a private company with a good understanding of the coffee industry and which uses sustainable farming methods.
