This coffee is from the plantations of the Jayaprasad family located in the heart of the mountains in the south of India in the Karnataka region.

Shree, Nandini and Gowri are three sisters who inherited this ancestral knowledge of coffee production and were able to overcome societal obstacles to become heads of the family company, where they stress the importance of environmentally and ethically responsible coffee.

Cabane 53 has been awarded the title of best coffee roaster in France.
