The cocoa beans used by La Bohème for this white chocolate are called Sanchez and come from the Dominican Republic. Slowly sun-dried, they are ideal for crafting this 29% cocoa white chocolate with notes of vanilla, flowers and tropical fruits.

Nestled in the heart of the cocoa bean, the cocoa butter is its most precious part. This cocoa butter is then blended with milk powder to create a truly indulgent result – a white chocolate that coats the tongue and leaves a deliciously velvety finish on the palate.

Ingredients: cocoa butter, cow’s milk powder, sugar, corn starch. May contain traces of soya. Preparation advice: 40 g of chocolate powder for 125 ml of milk.
