Cold Bruer lets you extract the best from your coffee slowly and easily. Its design and operation make it simple to use and clean.

This slow drip method, once found only in some niche cafés, is known for producing a cup with exceptional complexity.

Gently cold-brewed coffee develops less acidity and bitterness.

The Cold Brew coffee maker can dispense up to 600 ml of Cold Brew in less than four hours.

Prepare your coffee before going to bed and leave it to brew without the risk of over-extraction.

The Cold Bruer has an adjustable valve so you can experiment to get the perfect Cold Brew for you.

This cold brew can be stored for up to two weeks in the fridge.
Cold Bruer for Cold Brew Coffee

Preparing Your Cold Brew Coffee With the Cold Bruer

- Use 60g of freshly ground coffee (medium fine grind). Prefer light or medium roasts.

- Assemble the filter and make sure that the finest side of the mesh is facing upwards.

- Place the top glass part on the filter and fill with ground coffee.

- Place this part in the carafe and place a paper filter over the coffee.

- Add a little cold water to pre-infuse the coffee and leave to brew for 30 seconds.

- Insert the valve (which looks like part of a French Press).

- Fill with 350 g of ice cubes and 350 g of water.

- When the laser-engraved line on the stainless steel plunger tube aligns with the slot in the silicone base, the valve is fully open.

- Turn the knob clockwise to slow the drip rate.

- Bruer recommends setting the valve to "Target Range" for a flow rate of one drop per second.

- Place the coffee maker in your fridge and enjoy your coffee when it's ready!
