Experience the unique and flavourful Black Sesame Latte from La Fabrique À Latte, part of their exclusive range of instant drinks. This blend features black sesame, celebrated for its skin and hair nourishing benefits, and packed with vitamin E, omega-3, and antioxidants—surpassing those found in white sesame. Its rich, hazelnut-like flavour is complemented by natural beet sugar, warming spices like ginger and pepper, and activated charcoal, known for its digestive detoxifying effects. This distinctive, indulgent beverage can be enjoyed hot, cappuccino-style, or chilled as a refreshing iced latte. Ingredients: beet sugar, black sesame powder, activated vegetable charcoal, ginger, black pepper. May contain traces of gluten, mustard, tree nuts and peanuts.
The type of roast will affect the balance of flavours (bitterness, acidity, sweetness, etc.) and reveal the aromas of the terroir to a greater or lesser extent.
The more the coffee is roasted the more its colour will change (from light to dark). The darker the roast, the more the aromatic notes are lost in favour of the roasting notes.
