The Perfect Kit to Brew Pour-Over Coffee

This Pour-over kit from Beem lets you enjoy filter coffee.

You can prepare up to 4 cups of coffee (500 ml in total) in the glass jug. A lid is included to keep the coffee warm for longer.

Instead of one or more small openings, the glass filter has a large 20 mm opening for perfect flow during brewing. A medium grind is recommended.

The silicone base will protect your worktop and ensure that the coffee maker doesn't slip.

With its aluminium stand, glass coffee filter and jug, and imitation wood elements, this Beem Pour-over set is a modern, designer mix of materials that's sure to catch everyone's eye!

Brewing With Beem Pour-Over

Beem recommends 15g of ground coffee per 250ml of water.

- Use hot water (between 92 and 96°C).

- Place the permanent filter on its stand and pour in your ground coffee.

- Don't forget to put the carafe under the filter.

- Pour just enough water over the ground coffee for a pre-infusion and wait about 30 seconds.

- Add the rest of the water slowly and evenly, using circular movements.

- Once all the water has run out, remove the carafe and put the lid on.

Preparation time is approximately 2 ½ to 4 minutes.

To make a successful filter coffee using the pour-over method, don't forget:

Conical filters for 4 cups (not supplied)

A good freshly ground coffee bean to enjoy all the aromas.

A kettle with a gooseneck spout to distribute the water evenly over the ground coffee.

A coffee scale with a stopwatch to measure the amount of water poured and the brewing time.

Note: remember to adapt your recipe according to the coffee/water ratio used.
