The brushed aluminium handle has an ergonomic form to suit everyone and its texture allows a good grip without being slippery to allow for fine precision.

The heavy high quality stainless steel base (257,5g) which allows for less variation between espresso shots and less wastage.

The  Baristator was developed to suits professional filter diameters (58mm) but it won't suit one cup espresso filters.
