Description
The Brew it Stick Infuser by Barista & Co allows you to brew your favourite coffee or herbal tea anywhere with ease. Compact and portable, it holds up to 15 grams of coffee and simply needs to be immersed in hot water for a perfect extraction. Ideal for outdoor adventures or relaxing by the sea, it’s also dishwasher safe for effortless cleaning.

A Portable Infuser
Take the Barista & Co infuser wherever you go – to the office, on your travels, or out on the trail. Featuring a reusable nylon filter basket, it is designed for brewing both freshly ground coffee and loose-leaf tea wherever you are.
Brewing coffee: Fill the infuser with 15 g of ground coffee and immerse it in a cup of hot water (90–92°C). Stir for 5–10 seconds to adjust the intensity to your taste, then let it steep for 4 minutes. Remove the infuser and your coffee is ready to enjoy.
Brewing tea: Use the same method, adding 2 g of loose-leaf tea and selecting the appropriate water temperature for your chosen variety. Stir briefly for around 5 seconds to help the leaves infuse evenly, then steep for the recommended time.

Barista & Co started their journey with a simple philosophy: to make a perfect cup of coffee without the need for a complex machine. The American company therefore decided to focus its efforts on slow coffee, notably with the French press method. Their design is simple but yet made of exquisite quality materials.
The type of roast will affect the balance of flavours (bitterness, acidity, sweetness, etc.) and reveal the aromas of the terroir to a greater or lesser extent.
The more the coffee is roasted the more its colour will change (from light to dark). The darker the roast, the more the aromatic notes are lost in favour of the roasting notes.
All our coffees have been placed in a colorimeter by our experts in order to compare the roast intensity.
The aromatic groups describe the tasting notes of your cup (hazelnut, chocolate, peach, white flowers, etc.).
If you don't know what your coffee profile is yet, we advise you to start with the most appreciated aromatic groups: rich & sweet or woody.
Please Note: this is not a flavoured coffee but aromatic notes noticed upon tasting.
The dominant aromatic group represents the most perceptible notes and the secondary group, the more subtle notes present in the cup.
Traditional Coffees (classic and superior) are the most common in the various distribution channels.
Specialty Coffees (rated 80-100) are among the best coffees in the world and represent less than 10% of world production. These are flawless coffees that offer unique tasting notes from one terroir (or even plot) to another.
Attributed by “Q Graders”, a coffee's /100 score is determined by the quality of the beans and the result in the cup. It is advisable to progressively move towards coffees with higher scores.
