    Great product. The 3-cup grill is a great idea. The opening mechanism is a bit stiff, but it's more convenient than the screw thread on previous models. It remains to be seen whether it will last.

    The product arrived damaged, as if it had already been opened and used. There was no indication of "refurbished" condition. I have not been contacted regarding a return procedure despite several reminders. Very disappointing.

    Hello Lucie, The return procedure was at my expense and it was an automatic message. I sent photos of the product via another form requesting that the shipping costs be covered, to which I received no response.

    Having used the Bialetti brand (stainless steel version for induction) for many years, I wanted to move towards something of higher quality! And I am more than delighted... With the Bialetti, it was impossible to extract coffee at a level lower than 6 on my induction hob. I don't know why, it re...read morequired a lot of pressure. Certainly the contact system (hem on the underside and bowl diameter too small) for the induction coil. With this Alessi 9090/6 model, level 2 and I hear the work that is done in an impressive way! The coffee comes out delicately until the end of extraction. No aggression of the coffee as I unfortunately had to do with Bialetti. The seal is clearly superior with the gasket, everything is adjusted. Which is not the case with Bialetti. I am really disappointed with this brand that I have used for many years... Now, I no longer have any frustration when extracting this nectar. I 1000% recommend it for induction models. The bottom of the tank covers its entire surface and the large diameter is perfect for the induction coil.
