I didn't want plastic anymore, it's all stainless steel, made in Italy, you can make one or two cups (thanks to a reducer), and with the advice from Maxicoffee videos, we optimize: water already put hot in the coffee maker to avoid burning the coffee (heated in a stainless steel kettle, lid ...read moreleft open). 1 minute for my husband's regular coffee, 1 minute for my decaf. Just enough time to watch the coffee flow without getting tired. With the exclusive Alessi opening system, it's simple. You don't have to screw/unscrew. The coffee is delicious!
