Speciality Blend Featuring Two Distinct Brazilian Coffee Varieties
This exceptional specialty coffee is sourced from the Brazilian estates of Fazenda Matilde and Fazenda Primavera, situated at an ideal altitude of 1,100 metres. These plantations benefit from stunning sea views and rich surrounding vegetation. The coffee cherries are meticulously hand-picked and processed using a natural, semi-washed method. The blend features Arara and Catucai varieties, with 60% from Fazenda Primavera and 40% from Fazenda Matilde. The name Noble Volcano pays tribute to Brazil’s oldest volcano in the Uatuma region, whose volcanic activity enriches the soil with valuable minerals. Each cup delivers a memorable tasting experience, combining a delicate, refined aroma with vibrant flavours. The type of roast will affect the balance of flavours (bitterness, acidity, sweetness, etc.) and reveal the aromas of the terroir to a greater or lesser extent.
The more the coffee is roasted the more its colour will change (from light to dark). The darker the roast, the more the aromatic notes are lost in favour of the roasting notes.
All our coffees have been placed in a colorimeter by our experts in order to compare the roast intensity.
The aromatic groups describe the tasting notes of your cup (hazelnut, chocolate, peach, white flowers, etc.).
If you don't know what your coffee profile is yet, we advise you to start with the most appreciated aromatic groups: rich & sweet or woody.
