Green Lion Coffee has opted for a coffee beans grown in an agroforestry system, guaranteeing the preservation of resources, including coffee trees. In harmony with various other species within a forest ecosystem, coffee trees benefit from optimal development, increased longevity, and produce perfectly ripe cherries offering an exceptional aromatic complexity.

• An Arabica coffee beans from Nicaragua

La Canopée is a coffee made from pure origin coffee beans, which qualities derive from its place of cultivation: Nicaragua. These Arabica coffee beans are grown in the Matagalpa region, an area renowned for its lush rainforest, home to a diverse range of flora and fauna. It is this terroir that makes this Green Lion Coffee a sustainable coffee.

• A rich, fruity cup

A fruity, gourmet coffee with notes of milk chocolate, almonds and cherries. La Canopée has a fresh, fruity attack and a full, chocolatey body. It finishes with a smooth finish reminiscent of nuts (almonds).

• 100% recyclable packaging

To go one step further in preserving biodiversity, these coffee beans are packaged in fully reusable packaging after processing. This produces less waste and reduces the need for new raw materials.

Our Nica Colada Recipe

Green Lion Coffee invites you to discover a cold coffee recipe made from its own beans for a rich, refreshing experience. Add some fruit and a little chocolate, and discover a new way to enjoy your coffee, with just as much pleasure.

Ingredients

- 10g pineapple purée
- 1 square of dark chocolate
- 5g banana purée
- chocolate flakes
- 70g plant milk - Ice cubes
- 1 La Canopée espresso - 1 shaker

Preparation

• Step 1

Place the square of chocolate in a cup and pour in the espresso. Allow the mixture to dilute completely.

• Step 2

In a shaker, combine the chocolate/coffee mixture, pineapple purée, banana purée, milk and ice cubes. Shake vigorously until smooth.

• Step 3

Pour into a glass, top with a few chocolate flakes and enjoy!
