Fill the jar of your blender with 40 - 45 g (1 scoop or 1.4 - 1.6 oz) of Frappé powder, 100 ml (3.4 oz) of milk and a 360 ml (12 oz) bowl of ice cubes (160 g or 5.6 oz). Then mix all the ingredients together for 10 to 15 seconds until you have a creamy texture.
