The company has developed a unique manufacturing process based on the cold drip method, which drips ice cold water over freshly ground coffee for a period of 18 hours.
This process allows a slow extraction of the aromas enabling them to be preserved: Batavia ready-to-drink coffees are as aromatic as you want them to be.
