How to Use the Outin Mino Portable

The Outin Mino Portable travel coffee maker is incredibly easy to use!

1. Make sure the battery is fully charged. If the LEDs are flashing, this indicates a low battery level.
2. For Capsules: insert the supplied capsule adapter and place the capsule inside without piercing it yourself. For Ground Coffee: use the supplied filter, add approximately 5–8 g according to the recommendations, and tamp lightly. For freshly ground coffee, you can pair this portable coffee maker with the OutIn Fino coffee grinder.
3. Open the water tank and fill it to the recommended level (between 50 and 70 ml). Securely close the lid.
4. Screw the filter holder (with capsule or ground coffee basket) firmly onto the machine. If it is not properly tightened, extraction quality may be affected. 
5. Cold Water Extraction: Press for 2 seconds. The machine will heat the water and automatically begin extraction once the target temperature is reached (approximately 92°C).
6. Hot Water Extraction: Press for 5 seconds or press twice quickly. If the water is already hot (pre-heated), extraction will be much faster.
7. Once extraction is complete, the machine will stop automatically. If not, press the button once to stop it manually.

The Machine Comes With: a capsule adapter, a filter for ground coffee, a folding spoon, a dosing funnel, a filter removal tool, and a USB Type-C cable.
