A closer look

Brio bean coffee is an intense blend with a powerful and creamy taste. It is composed of 60% Arabica and 40% Robusta.

Its composition gives rise to an espresso with a hazelnut colour and dark nuances reminiscent of chocolate.

Its persistent taste makes it possible to conclude each meal with a "signature Italian".

It is packaged in a 1kg hermetic bag.

INFORMATION: Some packages of the Mokador Castellari brand may simply have the name Mokador or Castellari.

Mokador Castellari

Mokador Castellari

The Mokador Castellari story began in 1967 when Domenico Castellari decided to strike out on his own. He opened his first shop and founded theMokador Torrefazione (the Mokador coffee-roasting factory) in Faenza (a region renowned for its culinary tradition). This cultural influence played a big part in the founder's approach to business, with Castellari coffee's strategy focusing on quality rather than quantity.
