The coffee beans come from Central and South America, specifically Nicaragua and Guatemala, and are roasted by our teams of roasters in France. It is an ideal coffee for espresso.

Hand-harvested between 1,600 and 1,800 metres above sea level, this coffee strikes a beautiful balance between smoothness and indulgence.
