Thanks to the Lavazza App, you can take customisation even further: adjust aroma intensity (light, medium, strong), set grinding preferences, and receive status updates on your machine.

One of the standout features of the Lavazza Assoluta is its exclusive Perfect Bean Match Technology, accessible through the Piacere Lavazza App. This intelligent system allows you to select the specific Lavazza coffee beans you are using from a dedicated menu. Once chosen, the machine will automatically adjust its grind settings, aroma intensity, and brewing parameters to suit the characteristics of that blend.

Equipped with a 19-bar pressure pump and Thermoblock heating system, the Lavazza Assoluta ensures precise extraction to reveal the full character of your coffee beans. For milk lovers, the integrated frother produces everything from silky cappuccinos to indulgent lattes, with capacities ranging from 80ml for a cappuccino to 175ml for a latte macchiato. The Lavazza Assoluta has been designed with practicality in mind. It features automatic rinsing at start-up and shutdown, as well as guided descaling programmes to ensure long-lasting performance. The removable brewing unit, drip tray, milk system, and water tank are all dishwasher-safe, making routine cleaning quick and simple.

Clear alerts on the display and via the Lavazza App notify you when it’s time to top up the water, empty the coffee grounds container, or carry out a cleaning cycle, so you never have to guess.
