What would Gimoka's range of Nespresso® compatible capsules be without this famous tightly served Italian coffee: the ristretto?

As a famous Italian roaster, Gimoka offers for its Ristretto a blend of Arabica Robusta with a dominance of Arabica (respectively 80% and 20%). A dark roast highlights notes of toasted bread, chocolate, and dried fruits. The delicate attack on the palate, however, allows the coffee aromas to blend on the palate. Finally, note that they are enhanced by a delicate balsamic touch that comes at the end of tasting.
