Main Characteristics of the Keygo French Press

Brewing With Your Cafetiere Ogo Living

Making a good cup of coffee in a cafetiere is quick and easy.

Select a ground coffee with a grind suitable for the cafetiere. Cafetieres require a coarser grind than domestic filter coffee makers - the aim being to avoid unsightly residue in the bottom of the coffee cup. Place 1 tsp per cup in the jug and cover with 90 ml of hot water per cup. Leave to infuse for 4 to 5 minutes before pressing the plunger and serving.
