The Flair WDT tool uses the Weiss Distribution Technique (WDT), which involves stirring the ground coffee before tamping.
This breaks up any lumps and makes the coffee in the filter more evenly distributed.
The water will flow more evenly through the coffee cake, for a more balanced coffee in the cup.
This WDT dispensing tool from Flair can be used with any filter.
It comes with a custom pedestal for storage, which will also allow you to transport it safely.
- Needles with a diameter of 0.25 mm, extending 38 mm.
- 9 degree angle between the peripheral needles and the central needle.
- Needle span of 24 mm.
- Handle 54.7 mm long, 24 mm at the widest point and 17.4 mm in the middle
Warning: Needles are fragile and cannot be replaced. Handle with care when placing the tool back on the pedestal to ensure the needles align properly with the channels.
