How to use your Neapolitan coffee maker?

- Fill the water tank to the small hole located 1 cm from the edge.

- Pour 6 g of medium-ground coffee into the filter holder.

- Screw the top of the filter to close it, then insert the filter holder into the water tank.

- Insert the upper part of the coffee maker, including the spout, onto the lower part so that the spout is facing downwards.

- Heat the Neapolitan coffee maker (with the spout facing downwards) and bring the water to the boil. The water is boiling when a trickle of steam escapes from the small hole.

- Remove the coffee maker from the heat, then turn it upside down quickly, holding it by the two handles.

- The water will flow down through the filter containing the coffee and into the lower part.

- Wait a few moments before serving and enjoying.
