Ingredients and Equipment:

• One espresso made with Espresso Caffè Vergnano

• 3.5 cl whole milk
• 1 bean-to-cup coffee machine
• 1 espresso macchiato cup
• 1 milk jug

Method:

1. Prepare your espresso and set it aside.
2. Froth the milk using your steam wand.
3. Pour the milk foam over your short coffee, previously served in a dedicated cup. Add a dash of syrup for an extra gourmet touch.
