The Huehuetenango region, in north-western Guatemala, is criss-crossed by the Cuchumanates mountain range, whose highest point is 3,828 m above sea level.

Coffee trees growing in this region benefit from favourable climatic conditions. As a result, the cherries ripen slowly and the aromas are surprisingly complex.

The subsoil in the Huehuetenango region, made up entirely of limestone, gives the coffee a unique character!
