The WDT Baristator tool is an accessory that helps you prepare a better espresso by ensuring that the ground coffee is evenly distributed in the filter. Equipped with 8 rods made of stainless steel.
The Baristator WTD needle tool has a main purpose: to break up all the lumps in your portafilter after grinding the beans.
By eliminating lumps and standardising the density, it reduces the risk of channeling (irregular flow of water that extracts too much in some places and not enough in others) and promotes more even extraction. Essential for a more precise, regular and balanced espresso.
It consists of 8 fine stainless steel needles and 2 spare needles.
This Baristator tool comes with a magnetic stand to keep it above the work surface. For clean coffee, it's best to use clean tools!
It is ideal for use with coffee grinders with flat or conical grinders.
