Recipe idea: Vermouth Heritage Cocktail

You will need:

2 cl Routin 1883 Raspberry Syrup
5 cl Dry Vermouth*
10 cl Tonic Water
1 quarter grapefruit

Preparation:

Pour all the ingredients into a glass filled with ice
Finish with the tonic water
Stir and position a quarter of pink grapefruit
Garnish with a mint leaf and a raspberry
