Recipe idea: Vermouth Heritage Cocktail
You will need:
- 2 cl Routin 1883 Raspberry Syrup
- 5 cl Dry Vermouth*
- 10 cl Tonic Water
- 1 quarter grapefruit
Preparation:
- Pour all the ingredients into a glass filled with ice
- Finish with the tonic water
- Stir and position a quarter of pink grapefruit
- Garnish with a mint leaf and a raspberry
