Ideal for your moccaccinos, hot chocolates, milkshakes or any other gourmet recipes. Gourmet chocolate notes combined with the bitterness of cocoa.

Routin recipe idea: Moccaccino

You will need:

15 ml Routin 1883 Chocolate Syrup
30 ml espresso
100 ml milk

Preparation:

Pour the Chocolate Syrup and espresso into a large cup.
Froth the milk with a steam wand until you obtain a creamy even foam.
Sprinkle with cocoa powder and grated chocolate shavings.

Ingredients: Water, Colouring: E150a, Dextrin, Flavouring, Acidifying Agent: citric acid, Sweeteners: acesulfame-K, Sucralose, Thickener: xanthan gum, Preservative: E202.
