Grown in tropical and temperate regions, the passion fruit is known and recognised as one of the many varieties of exotic fruit, and is also known as Maracuja and Chinola.

Passion fruit is one of the most fragrant of all fruits. Its pulp has a bright orange colour, a distinctive exotic aroma and a mild, fruity flavour.

Monin Passion Fruit, with the acidic flavour of ripe passion fruit, will add an exotic touch and a fresh tropical texture to your cocktails.

Sugar, water, concentrated passion fruit puree, natural flavour, acidifier: sodium citrate, thickener: pectin, preservative: potassium sorbate. Contains the equivalent of 50.1% passion fruit purée.
