The Pylano Cali has a unique double filtration system.

It has a classic sieve but also an extremely fine mesh at the pouring point.

This mesh traps the foam that forms on the surface of the coffee.

This foam, which forms naturally, is a concentrate of bitterness that will unbalance your drink. The double filtration system retains 95% to offer you a coffee with great aromatic clarity.

Its ceramic burr are highly resistant and won't wear down which allows the D-Kanta MG01 grinder a longer lifespan compared to other grinder.

Its stainless steel body is also compact and resistant with only 4.7cm wide (without the handle) which makes it easy to travel with! It is also very light weighting only 195g.

With 20 ajustments for the grind, this grinder will be perfect for slow coffee methods such as V60, Chemex, Dripper or Filter Coffee. It allows you to grind up to 40g coffee beans.
