LA GRANGE Kenya Safari coffee beans

Vincent Ballot, Meilleur Ouvrier de France in roasting and first MOF in this field, offers you a new coffee from his collection.

The Kenya Safari specialty coffee is a coffee that combines the typical characteristics of East Africa. Indeed, coming straight from Mount Kenya, this specialty coffee perfectly transcribes the floral and fruity side of the coffees produced there.

At an altitude of more than 1500 m, this coffee in bourbon and typica beans has been harvested and then processed according to the washed method. It has thus obtained the AA grade, which guarantees the size and quality of the beans produced by the producer. Hence its rather fair rating of 83/100 from the SCA.

In a cup: Take in the scent of sun-drenched dried tomatoes before indulging in a tasting of fruity notes of red fruits and citrus.

LA GRANGE coffee beans was born from a family history, more precisely from an artisanal burnery on a human scale. In 1996, Barbara and Vincent invested in a common project and managed to develop the company to the point of opening their very first point of sale in Marnay in 2006. The proximity with the customers and the success, push them to invest in an old barn which will give the name of the brand. Vincent Ballot is currently the only MOF roaster in France.
