Well-packaged coffee, fresh upon receipt and well-ground for the Chemex. However, the taste is not my thing and what I expect from a coffee, too fruity and indeed leaning towards vanilla, therefore slightly sweet.

Very good coffee. The notes aren't listed, but I suspect vanilla. We used it to make cold brew and it works very well.
