Kafé Naka is inspired by the Naka tribe who, for thousands of years, have had the ambition to have a harmonious lifestyle with the environment and nature. It was the Naka who discovered the green coffee bean 1200 years ago and the detoxifying properties attributed to it. The brand wished to take over their traditional know-how.

Kafé Naka has implemented a unique and innovative process that allows the benefits to be preserved even after roasting. The Naka mix was created with the well-being of the body and mind in mind, thanks to the properties naturally present in the green coffee bean. The consumption of antioxidants improves the functioning of the immune system and thus reduces the risk of chronic diseases.

Green coffee is simply the ripe seed of the coffee tree. The fruit of the coffee tree is bright red and encloses two green seeds. The ones we eat are black because they have been roasted, and this is where "green coffee" differs from "black coffee" from a nutritional point of view.

Roasting is the process of exposing the beans to heat, by direct fire. The beans are burned to release their full aroma and then ground for consumption. As green coffee is not roasted, it retains all the original qualities of the coffee plant.

In addition to the stimulating effect of caffeine, green coffee contains chlorogenic acids, which disappear during the roasting process. These organic compounds are excellent antioxidants. They therefore help protect the body and delay cell ageing. Some studies have also highlighted their anxiolytic effect.
